|Discovering Buddhism: How to Meditate - Don Handrick|
December 2010 - January 2011 This second course in the Discovering Buddhism program is primarily focused on exploring basic meditation techniques. Participants will learn the definition and purpose of meditation, how to sit properly, how to set up a meditation session, the different types of meditation techniques one may employ, and how to recognize and deal with obstacles to meditation.
